A mid-to-large founder-led business on a serious growth trajectory, known to take risks and challenge the status quo.
The work is varied and fast-moving. Yes, there's the usual FP&A - weekly sales reporting, month-end results, presenting to the SLT. But there's also campaign ROI, NPD business cases, and consumer insight work that sits well outside the usual finance remit. Genuinely interesting stuff.
Equally important is the business partnering component of this role. You will work closely with Operational Leaders to ensure finance is a genuine enabler of better decision-making across the Group.
You'll report to one of the sharpest commercial finance leaders in the industry. That kind of manager is rare - and this is a genuine mentorship opportunity inside a high-growth business.
You'll need:
â Full CA or CPA â 3-5 years in FP&A, financial analysis, or Big 4 / professional services (advisory or transaction services) â The confidence to push back and hold a view â Strong Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI (or similar); working knowledge of SQL is a bonus â Real commercial instinct â Multi-site hospitality, retail or FMCG background is a plus
