We're seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to a visionary Founder who leads multiple organisations and philanthropic initiatives focused on creating meaningful impact across Australia.

This is based in the office 5 days per week.
Working directly with the Founder, you'll become a trusted right hand, managing priorities, anticipating needs, and ensuring every aspect of the day runs seamlessly. No two days will be the same, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy and solving complex problems.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing an ever-changing and complex calendar
Coordinating domestic and international travel, accommodation and reservations
Managing the Founder's inbox and ensuring key priorities are actioned promptly
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of a new office and supporting a small team
Preparing correspondence, documentation and meeting materials
Managing projects and following through on actions from meetings
Handling highly confidential matters with absolute discretion
Providing proactive administrative support across a broad range of business and personal priorities
You're an experienced Executive Assistant with at least five years' experience supporting senior executives, founders or entrepreneurs in dynamic, fast-moving environments.
You are highly organised, proactive and known for your exceptional attention to detail. You anticipate what's needed before you're asked, remain calm under pressure, and are motivated by delivering outstanding results.
You'll bring:
