Executive Assistant

Join a prestigious Private Equity firm as EA to Senior Directors in a permanent role

Our client, a prestigious Private Equity firm in the heart of Sydney's CBD, are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support 4 Directors, playing a pivotal role in ensuring their day-to-day operations run smoothly.

Please note, this role is full time / 5 days in office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calendar and Diary Management: Efficiently manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and prioritise tasks for the Directors.
  • Travel Coordination: Arrange international and domestic travel, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries, ensuring smooth and efficient logistics.
  • Document Preparation: Draft and proofread correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting agendas with a keen attention to detail.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Be the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing relationships and ensuring effective communication.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in organising meetings, conferences, and events, both internal and external.
  • Ad-Hoc Support: Provide additional support to the wider team as required, including project management tasks and special initiatives.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities. We are looking for at least 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar administrative role, ideally within the finance, corporate, or professional services sector.

Strong Communication Skills, Proactive & Efficient and Discretion & Confidentiality are a must as well as strong MS office skills.
