Our client is a premium apparel and accessories business. The owners have a deep love for the outdoors, and their products are designed to stand the test of time! They make the coolest outdoors gear and related accessories and are a market leader. Currently, the business is looking for an E-Commerce Manager. You will be a key contributor to strategy and implementation of initiatives that drive digital success.

The Ecommerce Manager is responsible for the performance, growth, and day-to-day leadership of the digital commerce platforms across Australia and New Zealand. This role owns the onsite experience end-to-end, including product assortment, merchandising, campaign execution, personalisation, and platform optimisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and trading performance of the ANZ ecommerce platforms.
  • Manage and launch new products, campaigns, landing pages and seasonal activities in line with commercial priorities
  • Drive revenue growth through effective onsite merchandising, promotions, and conversion-focused initiatives
  • Build and continuously enhance a personalised customer experience using UX best practice, customer data, and behavioural insights.
  • Review and optimise the end-to-end customer journey, identifying friction points and implementing improvements to increase conversion and engagement.
  • Enhance the online shopping experience through optimisation of product listings, customer support touchpoints, and feedback mechanisms
  • Analyse performance data and customer insights to understand behaviours, preferences, and trends.
  • Work closely with Brand, Marketing, Operations, Technology, and Global Ecommerce teams to deliver aligned, scalable solutions.
  • Manage and develop a fantastic, talented team.

Key Experience and Skills:

  • Degree qualified in relevant discipline.
  • 6+ years' experience in ecommerce, ideally within retail.
  • Experience using eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento or similar.
  • Experience in customer journey analytics, customer segmentation, personalization and targeting.
  • Prior people management experience, with strong leadership and team development/capability.
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects and building/executing ecommerce strategies.
