Ecommerce Coordinator

manage product content, working closely with internal stakeholders, and ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and performance of online product listings

The Ecommerce Coordinator will own product content on the clients Retail websites. In this role they will ensure the quality, accuracy, and consistency of product content. They will also manage and optimize marketplace listings and marketing performance

Acting as a key liaison between the Merchandising and Ecommerce team, the Ecommerce Web Coordinator will take responsibility for the processes around product content including collating information from suppliers and processing into the PIM, through to ensuring correct display on the website.

It will be your responsibility to enrich, organize, and promote products online based on agreed criteria, working with the offshore product content team, with suppliers and with the merchandise team to develop copy, photography and video for products when required.




Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the product lifecycle and enrichment program with Merchandise and supplier teams to optimise content for quality and discoverability. Ensure accurate and engaging product listings across digital platforms, including descriptions, imagery, pricing, and inventory.
  • Lead process improvement programs to enhance operational excellence of offshore content team.
  • Develop processes with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the quality and timely addition of product content to websites & marketplaces
  • Support analysis of product content quality to optimise key category performance
  • Execute promotional activity with partners to drive sales and engagement.
  • Work closely with Customer Care Teams to troubleshoot and address technical glitches or issues related to the online experience.
  • Meet eCommerce Web & Marketplace performance KPIs including experience, conversion rate and revenue targets.
  • Support the wider Ecommerce team on ad hoc tasks as required.

Key Skills

  • Degree qualified in Marketing with strong digital and eCommerce expertise
  • 3+ years' experience working with retail trading systems, including exposure to SAP
  • Proven ability to develop and implement new processes and structures
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, adept at managing multiple projects
  • Advanced Excel user with analytical expertise, including pivot tables
  • Experience using Google Analytics to track, analyse, and optimise performance
  • Passion for retail, fashion, and lifestyle industries, with transferable skills for automotive
