About the Role

Reporting to the Digital Marketing and Automation Manager, you'll lead the planning, execution, optimisation, and reporting of digital marketing initiatives across paid, owned, and earned channels.

This is a hands-on role where strategy meets execution-you'll work across search, social, email, and web to deliver measurable results, continuously improve performance, and enhance the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Performance

  • Execute and continuously refine digital marketing strategies to meet acquisition and conversion targets
  • Provide data-driven insights to improve campaign performance, customer experience, and ROI
  • Leverage market mix modelling (MMM) to optimise channel allocation and budget decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with broader business objectives

Campaign Management & Optimisation

  • Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels
  • Manage content development for social media, email, and web platforms
  • Lead campaign setup, targeting, and optimisation with internal and external partners
  • Drive website experimentation (A/B and multivariate testing) to improve conversion outcomes
  • Partner with UX/UI, product, and development teams to enhance digital journeys

Data, Reporting & Insights

  • Own end-to-end reporting across digital marketing activities
  • Analyse campaign and website data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and post-campaign analysis to inform strategy
  • Use tools such as Google Analytics, Salesforce, and Power BI to measure performance

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

  • Stay ahead of digital trends, tools, and best practices
  • Champion experimentation and a test-and-learn mindset
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI to improve efficiency and scale (within governance frameworks)

Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure all activities meet brand, privacy, and regulatory requirements
  • Support responsible and compliant use of AI in marketing initiatives

About You

You're a curious, analytical, and results-focused digital marketer who enjoys testing, learning, and improving.

You'll bring:

  • A degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Proven experience delivering and optimising multi-channel digital campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actionable insights
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing and conversion optimisation
  • Experience working with platforms like Google Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and ad platforms
  • Solid understanding of SEO, paid media, and digital marketing best practices
  • Knowledge of privacy regulations (e.g. Australian Privacy Principles, GDPR)
  • Experience working with agencies and external partners
