About the Role
A growing and design-focused property developer is expanding its marketing capabilities and is seeking a savvy Digital Marketing Manager to take the lead on performance-driven initiatives. With an impressive project pipeline and a customer-first ethos, this company is looking for someone to drive lead generation, digital channel performance, and conversion strategy.
Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing and working hand-in-hand with the Sales team, you'll play a key role in shaping digital outcomes. From managing paid media to refining CRM and eDM strategies, this role covers a broad and impactful digital landscape. You'll also guide external agency partners and eventually have the opportunity to build and lead your own team.
Your Core Responsibilities
Lead the execution and ongoing development of digital strategies across current and future projects
Drive and fine-tune paid media campaigns with a media agency, focusing on performance and ROI
Oversee corporate and project-based websites, ensuring optimal UX and strong conversion metrics
Own the eDM lifecycle-from acquisition through to nurturing-ensuring seamless communication touchpoints
Align closely with the Sales team to maximise lead quality and effectiveness
Measure campaign success with key metrics like CPL, CTR, spend efficiency, and conversion rates
Audit CRM workflows and project marketing activity, identifying areas for digital improvement
Partner with internal teams and agency creatives to brief in and roll out compelling campaign assets
Contribute to wider brand and marketing initiatives across the organisation
Support the Head of Marketing in evolving the function, with a view to mentoring a future team member
What You'll Bring to the Table
Demonstrated experience in digital marketing and lead generation, ideally in the property or real estate sector
Ability to work commercially and collaboratively alongside a sales function
Comfortable briefing and managing external media and digital partners
Strong hands-on knowledge of email marketing, CRM platforms, and website content management
Data-minded and solutions-oriented with strong communication skills
Motivated, resourceful, and results-driven
Agency background working with property or development clients will be highly regarded
