Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the successful delivery of business projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

• Manage systems, process, and product upgrade projects, ensuring smooth transitions and business readiness.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors to ensure effective project execution.

• Guide teams through Agile delivery practices, helping to embed Agile ways of working as the business matures in its approach.

• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and risk management strategies.

• Ensure effective governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication.

• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in project delivery processes.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Delivery Lead, Scrum Master, Project Manager, or similar role.

• Experience within health insurance is highly desirable.

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, with experience working in businesses at an early stage of Agile adoption.

• Demonstrated ability to manage complex business projects, particularly system, process, and product upgrades.
