Customer Service Representative - Trade & Industrial Supplies
Full-time, Onsite | $75,000 - $80,000 + Super | Free Parking
We're looking for a proactive Customer Service Representative to join our small, supportive team. This isn't a call centre role - instead, you'll be working closely with customers, sales, purchasing, and the warehouse to provide solutions and keep things running smoothly.
What you'll be doing:
Handling incoming customer enquiries (30-40 calls per day).
Managing emails and tickets through HubSpot CRM.
Liaising with sales, purchasing, and warehouse teams to resolve queries quickly.
Providing product support across plumbing, HVAC, fire, and electrical supplies.
Problem-solving for customers and recommending related/upsell products.
Thriving in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
What we're looking for:
2+ years of experience in a customer service, inside sales, or technical support role.
Background in plumbing, HVAC, fire, electrical, or industrial products is ideal, but not essential.
Strong communication skills and ability to get along with different personalities.
Someone who is empathetic, solutions-focused, and able to multitask.
A team player who will be a great cultural fit in a small, close-knit group.
The details:
Hours: 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday
Onsite, full-time role with free parking.
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, with a two-stage interview process.
