Postion: Customer Service Representative -FTC

Location: Mulgrave (South‑East Suburbs)

Work Model: Hybrid - 3 days in the office

Duration: Ongoing

Hours: 7.5 hour shifts, Monday to Friday / Rotating roster between 6:30am - 6:00pm / Occasional Saturday shift: 10:00am - 4:00pm

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Handling inbound customer enquiries via phone and email in an omni‑channel environment
• Supporting customers with finance and insurance‑related queries
• Providing timely, accurate and customer‑focused solutions
• Ensuring every interaction aligns with brand standards, compliance requirements and internal processes
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and deliver a seamless customer experience

Experience:

• Customer support experience over phone and email
• Excellent administrative and time management skills.
• Highly compliance focused
• Ability to manage competing priorities.
• Ability to influence key stakeholders
• Proactive, organised, and ready to hit the ground running in a fast-paced company
