Our client is a growing Australian logistics business partnering with customers to move high-value, time-critical freight across Australia. They're seeking a proactive Customer Service Officer to join a supportive, close-knit team.

This is not a call centre role. You'll manage complex freight enquiries, track urgent deliveries, liaise with couriers, and solve problems in real time using CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls and emails (10-20 calls per day)
  • Process bookings and track consignments
  • Liaise with couriers to resolve delivery issues
  • Proactively update customers and manage expectations
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and provide admin support

About You

  • Customer service experience (logistics exposure advantageous)
  • Tech-savvy, organised, and confident learning new systems
  • Calm under pressure with strong communication skills
  • Proactive, solutions-focused, and keen to build a career in logistics
