Our client is a growing Australian logistics business partnering with customers to move high-value, time-critical freight across Australia. They're seeking a proactive Customer Service Officer to join a supportive, close-knit team.
This is not a call centre role. You'll manage complex freight enquiries, track urgent deliveries, liaise with couriers, and solve problems in real time using CRM systems.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls and emails (10-20 calls per day)
Process bookings and track consignments
Liaise with couriers to resolve delivery issues
Proactively update customers and manage expectations
Maintain accurate CRM records and provide admin support
About You
Customer service experience (logistics exposure advantageous)
Tech-savvy, organised, and confident learning new systems
Calm under pressure with strong communication skills
Proactive, solutions-focused, and keen to build a career in logistics
