What you'll be doing

Permanent opportunity for a Corporate Secretarial Manager to join an accounting practice in Melbourne's CBD.

This role will see the successful candidate perform administrative tasks to support the accountants in the business, as well as managing corporate affairs/ASIC, with the opportunity to manage a small team.

This is a permanent full time opportunity. Successful candidate must have ASIC experience in an Accounting practice.

Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:

  • Experience in a public practice environment
  • Proficient in using ASIC and the ATO portal
  • Skilled in CAS360, MYOB, XERO, XPS, ATO, ASIC
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience in supporting a team
