Senior Consultant, Principal and Manager | Transaction Advisory Services - Infrastructure

Our client

Driven by a significant increase in transaction activity and a growing pipeline of infrastructure and energy projects across the region, our client is seeking experienced professionals to join their Transaction Services team.

The team provides technical due diligence and advisory services across a wide range of infrastructure sectors, supporting major transactions throughout the Asia-Pacific region.

The opportunity

You will support the delivery of technical due diligence and transaction advisory services for infrastructure investments across the Asia Pacific region.

Working closely with investors, lenders, financial advisors and project sponsors, you will help evaluate project risks, technical assumptions, and commercial viability for complex infrastructure assets.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering technical due diligence assignments across infrastructure and energy sectors
• Reviewing large volumes of project documentation, technical reports and financial information
• Preparing clear and concise due diligence reports and client presentations
• Working with multidisciplinary teams to integrate specialist technical expertise into transaction assignments
• Supporting work winning activities and client engagement
• Collaborating with internal teams across Australasia and globally on large infrastructure transactions

Projects span a broad range of infrastructure sectors, including:

• Renewable energy (solar, wind, battery storage, pumped hydro)
• Hydrogen and sustainable fuels
• Transmission & distribution
• Waste and circular economy infrastructure
• Data centres and telecommunications
• Transport infrastructure (roads, bridges, ports, airports)
• Major buildings and public infrastructure

About you

We are looking for commercially minded professionals who combine strong analytical capability with excellent communication skills, and who thrive working in fast-paced transaction environments. To be successful in this role you will have:

• Bachelor's degree in commerce, economics, engineering and/or business administration
• A minimum of 3 years' experience in big4 (TS - Deals), boutique advisory firm (Infra), technical consulting, project finance or infrastructure investment team
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
• A proven track record in supporting technical or commercial due diligence
• Ability to interpret complex technical information and communicate insights clearly
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong initiative and accountability in project delivery
