This all encompassing finance role will suit someone looking for stability and slow / organic growth over the coming years. With a small corporate and operations team you will be key in supporting the MD with all things finance and WIP management.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure management reports are accurate month to month including WIP.
• Manage finance activities including P&L, balance sheet reports, bank recs, cashflow, budgets and forecasting with the MD.
• Lodge BAS, oversee payroll and transactional services weekly.
• Work with the MD on a range of finance duties that provide key insight into P&L of operations.
• Manage process improvement initiatives and systems management as required.
• Assist in employee on-boarding and ad hoc operational areas.

Experience:

• CA/CPA qualification is an advantage but not essential.
• 5+ years within accounting and finance.
• Ability to be hands on and willing to assist in ad hoc areas outside of finance.
• Experience / Background within AP/AR is an advantage.
