THE COMPANY

Our client has recently been growing their pipelines and capacity to move into a high calibre growth cycle. They have hired strategically, lead by example and display strong knowledge within their business units internally. The finance team wish to add to this by appointing a Commercial Manager to run a small team. Being at the forefront of commercial decision making and taking ownership to keep financial performance to a high level.

THE ROLE

The Commercial Manager will report to the Head of Finance and work in collaboration with their peers to impact financial decisions. Strengths will lie in strategy, ability to deliver financial results and plan accordingly. Responsibilities include;

• Commercial analysis
• Budgeting/planning
• Performance indicators
• Capex/project work
• Costing
• KPIS and commentary
• Pricing

REQUIREMENTS

• CA/CPA Qualified favourable
• Strong accounting and commercial knowledge
• Managerial experience
• Ability to work dynamic with other leaders
• MUST have strong communication
