The Opportunity:
As a Commercial Finance Manager, you will partner closely with a range of internal stakeholders to provide meaningful financial insights, support business case evaluations, and help steer performance outcomes across the group. From EOM reporting and forecast cycles to ad-hoc strategic projects, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the organisation's financial story.

Responsibilities:

• Delivering timely, accurate management reporting and financial analysis across the group
• Partnering with key business units to translate operational performance into financial outcomes
• Leading budgeting, rolling forecast, and long-range planning processes
• Providing commercial insight into opex and capex project proposals
• Supporting decision-making through in-depth analysis of financial drivers
• Enhancing internal reporting tools, financial models, and planning processes
• Contributing to an upcoming system upgrade (Hyperion)
• Proactively driving simplification and continuous improvement across finance

About You:

• CA/CPA qualified with 5+ years of experience in a similar function
• Proven experience in management accounting or commercial finance, ideally in a complex or regulated environment
• Ideally experienced in a medium-large financial services and listed organisation
• Strong Excel skills and financial modelling capability
• A confident communicator who enjoys collaborating across teams
• Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to interpret the story behind the numbers
• Comfortable working autonomously and managing competing priorities

To Note:

• Prior exposure to financial services or capital markets is highly desirable
• Familiarity with financial planning tools like Hyperion is beneficial
