Our client in the financial services industry is looking for a Collections Officer for a 3-month casual contract with an immediate start available.


About the role:

• Collections calls to clients and administrative support to the wider team
• Work with customers regarding financial assistance and hardship
• Ensure all work queues, inboxes and administration requirements are processed in a timely manner
• Supporting Collections team to ensure timely payment of outstanding debts

What we're looking for:

• Excellent time management skills, with a proven ability to manage competing priorities
• Someone with high-volume call centre experience
• Proven ability to remain calm in challenging situations
• Ability to remain sensitive and courteous to customers
• Previous experience in collections or call centre from a financial services industry
