The Opportunity
We are looking for a Change Manager OR Change Analyst to support the delivery of a high-profile technology program within a secure environment.
This role will suit someone who enjoys being embedded within delivery teams and taking ownership of the practical aspects of change. You will work closely with project, technical, and operational stakeholders to ensure people, processes, and teams are ready for upcoming changes and that implementation activities are executed smoothly.
The position offers a mix of stakeholder engagement, training, readiness planning, implementation support, and adoption activities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys seeing change through from planning to successful operational transition.
This is a Melbourne-based hybrid contract opportunity, initially offered for 6 months with the possibility of extension.
An active NV1 Security Clearance is essential and candidates must hold a current NV1 clearance to be considered.
