The Opportunity

We are looking for a Change Manager OR Change Analyst to support the delivery of a high-profile technology program within a secure environment.

This role will suit someone who enjoys being embedded within delivery teams and taking ownership of the practical aspects of change. You will work closely with project, technical, and operational stakeholders to ensure people, processes, and teams are ready for upcoming changes and that implementation activities are executed smoothly.

The position offers a mix of stakeholder engagement, training, readiness planning, implementation support, and adoption activities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys seeing change through from planning to successful operational transition.

This is a Melbourne-based hybrid contract opportunity, initially offered for 6 months with the possibility of extension.

An active NV1 Security Clearance is essential and candidates must hold a current NV1 clearance to be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive change and adoption activities across technology and operational initiatives
• Engage with stakeholders to assess impacts and support business readiness
• Develop training materials, communications, and user-focused support resources
• Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and operational briefings
• Partner with project and technical teams to support implementation activities
• Assist with deployment planning, business transition activities, and post-go-live support
• Track readiness, adoption, risks, and key change outcomes
• Ensure change documentation and governance artefacts are maintained to a high standard

Candidate Experience

• Active NV1 Security Clearance is mandatory
• Proven experience supporting technology-enabled change within project or program environments
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex or technical concepts
• Experience delivering training, readiness assessments, business transition activities, and adoption support
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced delivery environments with multiple stakeholders
