Our client is digitally lead business undertaking a major integration program and is seeking an experienced Change Lead to support the change across this business-critical merger and acquisition transformation. This is a high-impact role, working across multiple project streams to drive successful adoption and engagement.

The Role
We're looking for a Change Lead to join on a 6-month day rate contract, with a view to extend. This is a hands-on role embedded within a cross-functional program team, with a clear focus on M&A-related change initiatives. Ideally candidates will be senior change professionals, desire to work in a complex hands on role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end change support across all M&A integration streams
• Conduct impact assessments and design tailored change interventions
• Partner with project and business teams to embed change into daily delivery
• Build strong relationships across the business to ensure alignment and buy-in
• Support communication planning and delivery to keep stakeholders informed
• Champion a collaborative, adaptable mindset through ongoing change

Candidate Experience

• Proven experience delivering change in M&A integration or post-acquisition transformation
• Solid knowledge of change and project delivery methodologies (e.g. PROSCI, Agile)
• A hands-on, delivery-focused approach, with the ability to operate in fast-paced, evolving environments
