Capacity and Supply Chain Analyst - Operations Team

We're looking for a proactive and analytical professional to join a leading global retail brand's Operations team. This role is all about ensuring products move smoothly through the supply chain.

What you'll be doing:

• Reporting to the Senior Manager drive on-time, efficient fulfilment through managing shipment plans across the region

• Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks across shipments.

• Build and maintain Tableau dashboards to increase visibility of operations and performance.

• Provicd clear, data-driven insights for director-level, geo, and global stakeholders

• Develop capacity plans, forecast operational needs, and contribute to process improvements.

What we're looking for:

• Experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations planning (retail or consumer goods preferred).

• Strong communicator who can turn complex data into meaningful business insights.

• Proactive problem-solver who takes initiative and drives action.

• Strategic thinker who connects data to real business impact.
