We're looking for an experienced Campaign Manager to join a national marketing team and take ownership of end-to-end campaigns across digital and customer channels.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys managing campaigns from brief through to delivery, optimisation and reporting, and who is comfortable working across multiple stakeholders and channels.
What you'll be doing
Own and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital, CRM and customer touchpoints.
Plan and execute email, SMS, paid and social campaigns aligned to broader business objectives.
Build and optimise customer journeys using segmentation, lifecycle and performance insights.
Partner with internal teams and external agencies to deliver campaigns on time and on budget.
Support larger initiatives such as brand activity, service launches and business change programs.
Track performance, test and optimise campaigns to drive engagement and results.
What we're looking for
Proven experience delivering end-to-end marketing campaigns in a commercial environment.
Hands-on capability across digital and CRM channels (Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar preferred).
Strong campaign execution skills, including briefing, content coordination and optimisation.
Confident working with data, reporting on performance and applying insights to improve outcomes.
Organised, commercially minded and comfortable managing multiple campaigns at once.
