We're looking for a curious, data-driven and creatively minded Campaign Manager to join a national marketing team and play a pivotal role in delivering high-impact, customer-centric campaigns.
This is a genuinely hands-on opportunity for a campaign specialist who enjoys both strategy and execution. You'll help shape how customers engage with a trusted healthcare brand, driving acquisition, retention and long-term value across a large-scale, multi-site environment. What you'll be doing
In this role, you'll own campaigns end to end - from concept and build through to launch, optimisation and reporting. Your responsibilities will include:
Planning, building and delivering digital and CRM-led campaigns across email, SMS, social and paid channels.
Designing intelligent, trigger-based customer journeys using segmentation, behavioural signals and lifecycle insights.
Creating campaigns that support both new customer acquisition and ongoing engagement and retention.
Partnering with digital, brand, and internal stakeholder teams to bring campaigns to life with consistency and impact.
Supporting major marketing initiatives such as practice rebrands, acquisitions, service launches and promotional activity.
Developing scalable campaign frameworks and toolkits that can be rolled out efficiently across multiple locations.
Tracking performance, running A/B tests, and using insights to continually refine messaging, targeting and creative.
Reporting on key metrics and translating data into clear recommendations and next steps.
What we're looking for
We're seeking a campaign professional who combines creativity with commercial thinking and is comfortable working in a fast-moving, outcome-driven environment.
You'll bring:
Proven experience managing CRM, digital or omni-channel campaigns, ideally within healthcare, multi-site or consumer services environments.
Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud highly regarded).
Strong content capability, including copywriting and creative development; design skills using tools such as Photoshop, InDesign or Canva are an advantage.
A data-led mindset with experience analysing campaign performance and optimising based on insights.
Solid project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and stakeholders at once.
A proactive, commercially minded approach and a genuine interest in improving customer experience through smarter marketing.
