Business Process and Data Analysis Specialist

This is an opportunity to join a global leader in the TIC industry. Hosting a strong presence in Australia nationally, this firm is expanding rapidly, requiring an extra resource to assist in on-boarding newly acquired organisations.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Procurement Lead, you will be working closely with the team, based in Brisbane and across Australia. The role requires a mixed skill set of data analysis, business process implementation which can transfer easily out of procurement, finance and other technical roles.

The opportunity is initially for 12 months on a fixed term basis, as a newly created role. Due to the high volume of growth and acquisition, a specialist that can implement processes in a highly compliant environment will succeed, and create efficiency for more pipeline work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensuring newly acquired entities are fully integrated to procurement processes and practices to drive efficiencies, synergies and compliance to minimum standards
  • Development of procurement integration dashboard for analysis and reporting against KPI's
  • Classification of procurement spend to maintain data integrity and comply with Global standards
  • Ensure procurement business processes comply with audit and legislative requirements and continuous improvement of controls and risks
  • Communication and training for business stakeholders in procurement processes
  • Coordination of Supplier engagement and ongoing compliance

About You

You'll be a specialist in business process and data analysis with Advanced Excel and a drive for creating standardisation. This drive will see successful education, on-boarding and solutions management as various organisations from a breadth of industry join this global leader.

You'll ideally bring:

  • Demonstrated experience in Data Analysis, Business Process success, Procurement or related roles
  • ERP skills in Material Module (Oracle Platform) or similar programs
  • Proven ability to analyse and interpret data, including advanced Excel skills
  • Ability to meet competing and moving priorities and communicate effectively as changes occur
  • Flexible approach to knowledge sharing and best practice
