Bookkeeper

Full-Time Permanent | Ringwood, VIC | Up to $100K + Super

Our client is a well-established and growing business seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join their finance team in a brand-new office located in the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a hands-on finance role, takes pride in accuracy and organisation, and is looking to join a supportive and collaborative team.

The Role

Reporting into the leadership team, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day bookkeeping and finance administration functions, ensuring the smooth running of the business's financial operations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Bank and account reconciliations
• Processing invoices and payments
• Payroll support (where required)
• Maintaining accurate financial records
• Assisting with month-end reporting and general finance administration
• Liaising with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Supporting continuous improvement of finance processes

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous bookkeeping experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable and reconciliations
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
• Experience using accounting software and Microsoft Office
• The ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously
