Role Overview: The Billing & Collections Officer will manage billing processes and collections for aged care services. The role involves ensuring accurate invoicing, timely follow-ups on overdue accounts, and maintaining effective communication with clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Billing: Generate accurate invoices, maintain billing records, and assist in audits.
Collections: Manage overdue accounts, follow up with clients on outstanding payments, and resolve disputes.
