An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Bids & Tender Writer to join a leading organisation within the financial services sector. This role will see you responsible for delivering high-quality, compliant and commercially compelling bids, tenders, and proposals that support business growth across institutional and corporate client segments.

Working closely with senior stakeholders across product, legal, and risk, you will play a key role in developing strategic responses that align with regulatory requirements and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end bid and tender submissions, including RFPs, RFIs, and EOIs
• Coordinating and project managing strategic, cross-discipline opportunities alongside Partners, Directors, Associate Directors and the BD team
• Develop clear, compelling and compliant written responses tailored to clients
• Collaborate with subject matter experts across investments, risk, compliance, and product teams
• Manage multiple submissions simultaneously, ensuring adherence to tight deadlines
• Maintain and enhance bid libraries, templates, and governance processes
• Ensure all submissions align with brand guidelines, regulatory standards, and internal compliance frameworks
• Contribute to win/loss analysis and continuous improvement of bid strategy

About You

• Proven experience in bids, tenders, or proposal writing within financial services or a highly regulated environment
• Strong understanding of RFP processes within banking, insurance, wealth, or asset management sectors
• Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with experience working with senior leaders and technical SMEs
• High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in deadline-driven environments
