Mars Recruitment is seeking an experienced professional to join a high-performing asset finance team, managing a diverse portfolio of technology and healthcare assets across the Asia Pacific region. This is a key role responsible for overseeing end-of-term contract activities, maximising portfolio returns, and supporting client relationships through effective asset lifecycle management.

You'll work closely with internal stakeholders across sales, finance, operations, and vendor partners, ensuring contracts are managed efficiently and opportunities for remarketing, customer retention, and value creation are realised.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage contract activity from end-of-term notifications through to asset disposal and contract finalisation
• Review and prepare asset data to support valuations, remarketing, and client reporting
• Liaise with sales, client services, operations, and finance to ensure smooth contract management
• Track and report on portfolio performance, valuation requests, and residual value assessments
• Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and contribute to special projects that enhance business outcomes

About You

• 3-5 years' experience in asset finance, leasing, or equipment finance
• Strong understanding of end-of-term contract management and remarketing
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and results-driven
• Strong MS Excel skills and confidence working across systems and data sets
