We are currently partnering with a large, well-established national organisation seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Team Leader to join their Finance team in Docklands.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong AP / Procure-to-Pay / Vendor Management background who enjoys process improvement, team leadership, and working in a high-volume environment.

Reporting into senior Finance leadership, you will oversee vendor onboarding, supplier master data, and accounts payable processes, while leading a small team and driving improvements across the P2P function.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead and support a small Accounts Payable / Vendor team
• Oversee vendor onboarding, including compliance checks
• Maintain accurate vendor master data and supplier records
• Ensure strong P2P controls including No PO / No Pay and matching processes
• Manage vendor queries, escalations, and payment issues
• Drive process improvements across AP and vendor operations
• Work closely with Finance, Procurement, and Technology teams
• Assist with system and process enhancements (ERP environment)

• Experience in Accounts Payable, Vendor Management, or P2P leadership
• Previous team leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong understanding of high-volume AP environments
• Knowledge of vendor onboarding, compliance, and master data
• ERP system experience (D365, SAP, Oracle or similar preferred)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• A proactive mindset with a focus on process improvement
