The opportunity

As an Analyst, you will play a key role in structuring and executing a wide range of corporate transactions including acquisitions, mergers, joint-ventures, and capital raising.

Key Responsibilites:

• Building, developing and maintaining financial models
• Analysing financial statements - preparing comprehensive financial analysis on clients and industry trends
• Coordinating diligence and presentations across multiple stakeholders.
• Interact and converse effectively with senior stakeholders in the context of deal execution
• Proactively map deal opportunities for clients and develop close relationships

About you

To be successful in this role you will have:

• 3-6 years' experience across M&A transaction services gained in a corporate advisory, investment banking or professional services setting
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent client and interpersonal abilities and delivering work with precision
• Geniune interest in financial markets and desire for professional development
• Motivation to work as a team player and contribute to a positive team culture
• Ability to perform under pressure and tight deadlines
