Accounts Payable Team Lead - Full-time permanent | D365


We are currently recruiting an experienced Accounts Payable Team Lead for a permanent role with a well-established, fast-paced organisation in Melbourne. This role requires a hands-on leader to support the team in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and support a small Accounts Payable team in daily operations
• Hands-on invoice processing using Microsoft D365
• Supplier statement reconciliations and query resolution
• Ensure invoices are processed accurately and within deadlines
• Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers
• Assist with audit, compliance, and month-end requirements
• Drive process improvements and support standardisation of AP procedures

About you:

• Proven experience as an AP Team Lead / AP Supervisor / AP Manager
• Strong Microsoft D365 experience is essential
• Background in high-volume invoice processing environments
• Comfortable being hands-on while leading a small team
• Strong reconciliation and vendor query experience
• Able to start at short notice or immediately available
