The Role

You will take responsibility for the smooth running of the Accounts Payable function, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and strong stakeholder engagement across the business. Alongside managing daily operations, you'll play a key role in mentoring the team and refining processes.

Key duties include:

• Overseeing the full Accounts Payable cycle, including invoice processing, payments, and reconciliations
• Supporting month-end and year-end close activities
• Leading, mentoring, and developing a small AP team
• Building effective relationships with suppliers and internal departments
• Identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and introduce automation
• Maintaining compliance with financial controls, policies, and procedures

You are an experienced AP professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys taking ownership of both people and processes.
