MARS Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join a busy finance team on an initial 6-month contract based near Perth Airport.

This is a hands-on opportunity suited to someone with solid end-to-end Accounts Payable experience who can step into a role and hit the ground running. You'll work as part of a collaborative finance team, managing a high-volume AP function and ensuring invoices and payments are processed accurately and on time.

The role:

• End-to-end Accounts Payable
• High-volume invoice processing
• Supplier statement reconciliations
• Payment runs
• Matching invoices to purchase orders
• Responding to supplier queries
• Maintaining accurate AP records
• Assisting with month-end processes

About you:

• Previous experience in an Accounts Payable Officer role
• Strong understanding of end-to-end AP processes
• Comfortable working in a high-volume environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Confident communicating with internal and external stakeholders
• Available to commit to an initial 6-month contract
• Experience with a large ERP system will be highly regarded
