This is a hands-on AP role in a developing function, with transaction volumes set to increase-offering the opportunity to improve processes and add real value.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end Accounts Payable processing
• High-volume invoice processing and payment runs
• Supplier onboarding and maintenance
• Credit card reconciliations and AP administration
• Journals, accruals, and prepayments
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Ad hoc support across payroll and purchasing

About You

• Proven experience in Accounts Payable / AP Officer role
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Able to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, reliable, and team-oriented
• Strong communication skills

Skills & Experience

• Intermediate Excel (essential)
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems (highly regarded)
