MARS Recruitment is partnering with a respected Australian business to recruit an experienced Accounts Payable professional. This is a hands-on role in a high-volume AP function during an exciting period of change, offering variety, ownership, and the chance to contribute to process improvements and system enhancements.

What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable, including invoices, payments, and reconciliations
• Maintain accurate financial records and resolve discrepancies
• Work closely with suppliers and internal teams to deliver excellent service
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency
• Support a collaborative, high-performing finance team

About You

• Proven experience in Accounts Payable, ideally in high-volume environments
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Comfortable with reconciliations, journals, and ERP systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Team-oriented, proactive, and keen to improve processes
