As Accounts Officer, you will play a crucial role in managing the accounts receivable and payable functions. You will ensure accurate and timely invoicing, collections and reconciliation of accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring timely debt collection and accurate debtor records.
Deliver high-level customer service on all billing and invoicing matters.
Process and reconcile supplier invoices, statements, and payments.
Handle finance administration, including data entry, invoicing, reminders, and account queries.
Assist with month-end processes: journals, balance sheet, and GL reconciliations.
Manage the finance inbox, responding promptly to all queries.
Key Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Commerce or related field
2+ years' demonstrated experience in a similar role
Knowledge of general accounting principles and month-end processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
You must have full Australian working rights (citizen or permanent resident)
