Accounting Operations Manager

A major global business is mid-transition following a significant acquisition. The finance function is being stood up from scratch: new systems, new legal entities, new reporting lines, etc.
What you'll work on:
You'll manage the relationship with the outsourced service provider, including setting and monitoring SLAs, resolving escalations, and driving quality across the co-sourced model. Alongside that, you'll oversee month-end and year-end close, own the general ledger, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and work directly with internal and external auditors.
You'll provide technical leadership across consolidation and reporting, and manage a small team of two.
The business is still finding its feet - which means there's genuine scope to shape how things are done, not just inherit a process and run it.
