Our client is a small private organisation that is well respected across Brisbane and the Gold Coast.. They are looking for a Senior Speech Pathologist to join their team on a permanent full time basis in clinic. The current team is very friendly and supportive and they are looking for someone that is like minded to join their team. About the role:

You will provide specialist Speech Pathology services to a mixed caseload, this will be dependant on your experience, knowledge and passion. This involves following a person cantered, strengths-based approach. You will work closely with the current growing MDT inclusive of Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Psychologist’s and Physiotherapist’s to provide the best outcome for your clients.

For this Senior position, you will work closely alongside the Business Manager/Senior Occupational Therapist to assist with the growth and leadership of the Speech Pathology team.

Your roles and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

  • Provide group and individual assessments in the a community based setting.
  • Support and supervision to junior Speech Pathologist’s
  • Assist families, children and schools to develop, plan and evaluate a clients needs
  • Appropriate liaison with other members of the multi-disciplinary team to ensure the best course of treatment is being implemented.
  • Work with NDIS clients to help them to achieve their goals

Senior Application Support Analyst (.net)

The role

The role is primarily responsible for supporting multiple high availability business applications and addressing business support requests as part of Technical Level 3 Application Support team. Experience in .net highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshooting and debugging complex issues and managing critical incidents with ongoing communication to the relevant teams
  • Work on changes and enhancements to support the growth of the business
  • Analyse, isolate and interpret technical problems and identify appropriate technical solutions/bug fixes.
  • Manage the testing and deployment/implementation process into Production and other environments.
  • Represent Production Support on Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and highlight any changes that might impact Production stability
  • Work closely with business stakeholders in understanding issues or enhancement requests
  • As a senior member of the team, co-ordinate ticket management and prioritisation with junior team members.
  • Provide regular team ticket updates to the Support Manager and assist with monitoring and resource allocation of support tickets.
  • After Hours On-call support for high priority incidents with additional remuneration.

Candidate Experience

  • Experience across .net / PL SQL / Webservices highly desirable
  • At least 3+ years’ experience working in Application Development or L3 Technical Application Support areas
  • Strong communication skills / application support background

Project Manager

Looking for PMs with an IT infrastructure background for 12 month contract roles. Baseline, NV1 or NV2 highly preferred but not essential. Role is remote WFH.

The role

The role requires a strong core PM Skillset – but you need to have experience within Infrastructure projects: preferably: network upgrades, O365, enterprise applications as examples. On top of this you will have a very strong PM background and be able to support roadmaps, give strategic input and have a solid foundation in project governance, scoping, Scheduling. The role will also have strategic input into senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and facilitate the planning and implementation of the assigned project deliverables
  • Manage the allocation of project resources to execute deliverables as required across multiple IT Infrastructure related Initiatives
  • Project Governance Design / scheduling support
  • Oversee and coordinate day to day activities in alignment with the project scope and deliverables
  • Monitor and report on project progress and identify and escalate risks and issues where required to ensure project transparency
  • Facilitate and ensure adequate stakeholder engagement is maintained across project deliverables

Candidate Experience
