The role would see you working 30 hours per week from the head office in South East Melbourne.

You will be responsible for the overall day to day management of the Social Support/Planned Activity Group to ensure smooth operations of all programs delivered from the site and in the community. The Centre Manager also provides first line response to all stakeholders contacting the site, supports staff recruitment and orientation and the implementation of improvement initiatives and processes that improve utilisation and retention of staff. Each of the 17 team members brings their own unique spark to the practice. With the constant stream of new referrals means our demand for additional therapists just keeps growing.

The company are a busy private practice located in South Caulfield. They are looking to employ full-time, part time and/or sessional Speech Pathologists. Although experienced therapists are desirable, new graduates are encouraged to apply too, there is lots of support and training available with our senior Speech Therapist’s. Our caseload is mixed, consisting of clients with a range of speech, language, literacy, stuttering and social skills difficulties, including those with Autism Spectrum Disorders and Intellectual Disabilities. Early Intervention Team Leader

My client is a large not-for-profit organisation that is well-known around Victoria. They are looking for a Team leader to join their team in the West of Melbourne to assist with the growth and leading of the team. To be suitable for this position you must be passionate about providing a second to none service to children and their families.

The role would be suitable to an Occupational Therapist, Speech Pathologist or Psychologist that has experience working within early intervention. This position will start as a 50/50 split of clinical and management duties however, as the team grows it will become less clinical and more management. Having experience leading and developing a team is essential.

About the role:

You will work within a multidisciplinary team inclusive of Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologist’s, Early Education Teachers, Physiotherapist’s, and Psychologist’s providing Early Intervention services to children in the community between the ages of 0-10.
