The Role

Working across a range of projects including product design, Repricing, building of risk management capabilities. You will need experience as a busines program manager delivering similar initiatives within a financial services environment. Furthermore, you will need to have a strong understanding of risk management / governance and driving outcomes within complex enterprise environments with tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintaining business readiness project schedules / Risk management capability
  • Manage stakeholders within a fast paced financial services environment
  • Ensure projects are being managed in terms of critical path, right things are going to the right committee at the right time, manage the dependencies and communication
  • Lead the planning, coordination and management of program operations including commercial contract management & workforce requirements
  • Lead risk management reporting activities with key stakeholders
  • Develop governance reporting for executive steering committee, manage, maintain, and report program status and progress according to key program indicators

Candidate Experience

  • 8+ years of Program Management Experience
  • Strong Track record of delivering in Financial Services Environment
  • Strong Track within risk management and building out risk capability

Desktop Support Specialist

The Role

An exciting opportunity for a Level 2 Desktop Support Analyst has arisen. In this role you will be required to accurately resolve technical issues and must be experienced in level 2 and above. Candidates must have experience in hardware troubleshooting, Windows 10, as well as problem management and anything else required relating to technical issues within the business. The role is an initial 3 month contract with a great chance to extend.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Level 2 Desktop Technical Support
  • Windows 10 OS and MS Office 2013 / Office365 applications with focus on Sharepoint and OneDrive
  • Hardware support and troubleshooting
  • Windows and Office Administration including Active Directory and O365 Support
  • Proficiency in remote access technologies such as Direct Access and AWS
  • IT Service Management Call Logging products – ServiceNow highly preferred
  • Software deployment using SCCM

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Prior experience in Level 2 Desktop Technical Support
  • Experience working in Windows 7/10 Environment
  • Broad Knowledge across Windows / hardware / remote technical support
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in providing instructions, advising and consulting with customers.

Data Analyst

The Data Analyst will assist in the day-to-day management of data integration processes and contract reporting matters by contributing to the team and organizational objectives. The successful candidate will focus on managing data in all its forms, analyzing information structures and developing innovative ways of displaying and articulating information.

Duties:

  • Acquire data from primary and secondary data sources and structure to understand business problems
  • Interpret data and analysis results using multiple techniques
  • Develop and implement data analysis, collection systems and various other strategies to optimize insights and quality
  • Data cleanse and identify new and missing data
  • Generate insights from data sets and report back on trends and patterns
  • Create visualizations in software (Tableau, PowerBI)
  • Support governance best practices and drive across business

Requirements

  • Significant experience with large data sets
  • Experience in drawing insights, reports and narratives around data sets
  • SQL, Tableau and visualization tool experience
  • Ability to work under pressure within fast past environment
  • Desirable: experience within clinical/ health data
