What you’ll be doing

Temporary 3 month opportunity at a large utilities organization based in the Western suburbs.

Working full time from both home and the office, this is an opportunity for an experienced EA to utilize and expand on their existing knowledge and skills.

This role will see the EA assisting the GM and CFO across a variety of administrative functions such as coordination of schedules, correspondence to emails, inbox / diary management, booking travel arrangements, participating in meetings and preparing agendas.

Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:

  • Proven EA experience supporting executives
  • Excellent Organization, presentation and communication skills
  • strong administrative background
  • The ability to adapt to change quickly and problem solve
  • Tech savvy and able to adapt to new systems
  • Experience across all Microsoft Offices
