We are partnering with a globally recognised retail and lifestyle brand to recruit an experienced HR Advisor to join their Melbourne-based Talent team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a people-focused HR professional who enjoys partnering with leaders, navigating employee relations matters and contributing to a high-performing workplace culture.

You will play a key role in supporting managers and employees across the employee lifecycle, while partnering on a broad range of strategic and operational HR initiatives.

As a trusted HR partner, you will:

• Support a broad range of employee relations cases, including investigations, performance concerns, workplace issues and policy interpretation.
• Partner with leaders to drive positive employee experiences and people outcomes.
• Support talent acquisition and workforce planning initiatives across multiple business areas.
• Deliver key people programs including onboarding, performance reviews, engagement initiatives and employee lifecycle activities.
• Assist with organisational change, workforce initiatives and HR projects.
• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of HR policies, procedures and best practice processes.
• Maintain employee records, reporting and HR documentation while ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policies.

About You:

You Will Bring:

• Previous experience working within Human Resources, People & Culture and employee relations.
• Experience partnering with managers and providing HR advice across a broad range of people matters.
• Sound knowledge of HR best practice and employment legislation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• The ability to balance competing priorities within a dynamic environment.
• A positive, solutions-focused and collaborative approach
• Experience working within Retail, Consumer Products or FMCG environments (highly regarded).
