Mars Recruitment is partnering with an established business seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer for an initial 8-10 week contract.
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded CFO to support a business through a significant period of strategic growth and development.
Working closely with senior leadership, you will provide high-level financial expertise, strategic guidance and hands-on support across several key business initiatives.
Provide strategic financial leadership and commercial advice to senior stakeholders.
Support key business growth initiatives and corporate development activities.
Assist with financial planning, reporting and governance requirements.
Review financial structures, processes and compliance frameworks.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on strategic financial matters.
Provide hands-on financial support and guidance throughout the contract.
Proven experience as a CFO, Finance Director or senior finance executive.
Strong background in corporate finance, capital markets or business growth initiatives.
Experience with capital raising, investment activities or corporate transactions would be highly regarded.
Excellent commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work autonomously and deliver results within a short timeframe.
Available to commence at short notice.
