FP&A Manager Perth, WA. Leading a small team in a growing company!
Responsibilities:
Own the end-to-end budgeting, rolling forecasting, scenario modelling and long-range planning cycle for the group
Lead the preparation and delivery of monthly management reporting, dashboards, KPIs and performance commentary across a portfolio of operating entities
Lead and develop a small high-performing team - setting priorities, managing workload allocation and overseeing delivery across the FP&A function
Drive cost analysis, variance reporting and the identification of efficiency and margin improvement opportunities across the business
Support the evaluation of capital expenditure and investment decisions through robust business cases, financial modelling and post-implementation reviews
Act as a trusted commercial partner to business leaders across subsidiaries and functions, translating financial performance into clear and actionable insight
Contribute to Board, Executive and committee reporting through well-structured analysis and commercially grounded recommendations
Experience:
A degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field.
CA, CPA or CIMA qualification, or equivalent.
At least 7 years + experience across accounting and finance.
Ability to work with a wide range of clients / stakeholders and grow the service.
Experience within a range of finance systems and strong EXL Modelling.
