FP&A Manager Perth, WA.
Leading a small team in a growing company!

Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end budgeting, rolling forecasting, scenario modelling and long-range planning cycle for the group
• Lead the preparation and delivery of monthly management reporting, dashboards, KPIs and performance commentary across a portfolio of operating entities
• Lead and develop a small high-performing team - setting priorities, managing workload allocation and overseeing delivery across the FP&A function
• Drive cost analysis, variance reporting and the identification of efficiency and margin improvement opportunities across the business
• Support the evaluation of capital expenditure and investment decisions through robust business cases, financial modelling and post-implementation reviews
• Act as a trusted commercial partner to business leaders across subsidiaries and functions, translating financial performance into clear and actionable insight
• Contribute to Board, Executive and committee reporting through well-structured analysis and commercially grounded recommendations

Experience:

• A degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• CA, CPA or CIMA qualification, or equivalent.
• At least 7 years + experience across accounting and finance.
• Ability to work with a wide range of clients / stakeholders and grow the service.
• Experience within a range of finance systems and strong EXL Modelling.
