Mars is looking for a qualified accountant (or close to) for a non-mining, family focused office with outstanding flexibility and benefits for the right candidate. This role will work with a range of stakeholders and report into the CFO, so it requires an excellent communicator and collaborator from day 1.
Responsibilities:
Month end reporting and ad hoc analysis.
Work on GL and P&L reporting for groups.
Budgeting, forecasting and long term analysis.
Assist with half and full year reports / managing auditors.
Assist across ad hoc areas of finance as required.
Experience:
3-5 years of accounting and finance experience / exposure.
A mix of audit and/or commercial experience an advantage.
CA/CPA qualification is an advantage but not a must have.
Strong use of MS EXL and finance systems.
General process improvements / updates to reports experience.
