Executive Assistant to Founder

A unique opportunity has become available for a highly experienced Executive Assistant to support the Founder & Managing Director of one of Australia's most recognised and successful brands.


About the role

This is far more than a traditional EA role. Working as a true business partner to an influential and entrepreneurial Founder, you will play a critical role in managing priorities, driving efficiency, and ensuring the seamless operation of a demanding and fast-paced schedule.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Complex and ever-changing diary management
  • Managing high volumes of email correspondence and prioritising communications
  • Coordinating internal and external meetings, agendas and briefing packs
  • Domestic and international travel coordination
  • Preparing presentations, reports and meeting documentation
  • Managing Board and Advisory Meeting administration
  • Tracking actions, deadlines and key business priorities
  • Building and maintaining relationships with senior leaders, external partners and key stakeholders
  • Providing lifestyle and personal assistance support as required
  • Managing expenses, approvals and administrative processes
  • Attending meetings and acting as a trusted representative when appropriate
  • Supporting the Founder to maximise productivity, effectiveness and impact

About You:

  • Significant experience supporting a CEO, Founder or C-suite executive within a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • The ability to anticipate needs and stay several steps ahead
  • Strong judgement, discretion and professionalism
  • A resilient and adaptable approach
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Confidence working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • The ability to influence, prioritise and manage competing demand
