Mars is working with this large, listed business to bring on an experiences business analyst that will work closely with commercial and operational stakeholders and provide key performance insights. You will be accountable for transforming operational data into actionable intelligence, improving cost transparency, and ensuring the plant meets production, cost, and reliability targets.

Experience as an analyst within resources will be an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Report on key insights, maintain cost models, forecasts and budgets.
• Provide variance analysis and monthly reporting to senior leaders.
• Analyse plant performance metrics and provide key commentary.
• Manage and build key Power BI Dashboards for stakeholders.
• Transfer complex data into key insights for senior executives.
• Present findings and provide key commentary / updates on major projects.
• Support system updates and improvements.

Experience:

• 5+ years of financial and analysis experience.
• CA/CPA not essential (You will need core resources / analysis exp)
• Strong EXL and Power BI reporting exposure.
• Ability to work with a broad range of stakeholders.

Located near the Perth Airport you will need to live close by or have your own mode of transport daily.
