Executive Assistant to Entrepreneur

A rare opportunity to partner with one of Australia’s leading entrepreneurs and philanthropists

We're seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to a visionary Founder who leads multiple organisations and philanthropic initiatives focused on creating meaningful impact across Australia.

This is a career-defining opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and takes genuine pride in delivering excellence. You'll be trusted with significant responsibility, work closely with influential leaders, and play a pivotal role in ensuring the Founder can operate at their best.

This is based in the office 5 days per week.

About the Role

Working directly with the Founder, you'll become a trusted right hand, managing priorities, anticipating needs, and ensuring every aspect of the day runs seamlessly. No two days will be the same, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy and solving complex problems.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing an ever-changing and complex calendar

  • Coordinating domestic and international travel, accommodation and reservations

  • Managing the Founder's inbox and ensuring key priorities are actioned promptly

  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of a new office and supporting a small team

  • Preparing correspondence, documentation and meeting materials

  • Managing projects and following through on actions from meetings

  • Handling highly confidential matters with absolute discretion

  • Providing proactive administrative support across a broad range of business and personal priorities

About You

You're an experienced Executive Assistant with at least five years' experience supporting senior executives, founders or entrepreneurs in dynamic, fast-moving environments.

You are highly organised, proactive and known for your exceptional attention to detail. You anticipate what's needed before you're asked, remain calm under pressure, and are motivated by delivering outstanding results.

You'll bring:

  • Proven experience supporting C-suite executives, founders or entrepreneurs

  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication

  • Strong judgement, initiative and problem-solving ability

  • Absolute professionalism, discretion and integrity

  • A genuine sense of ownership and accountability

  • The confidence to work autonomously while building trusted relationships

  • A collaborative approach and the ability to both give and receive feedback constructively

Above all, you're someone who enjoys making things happen and takes pride in being the person others can rely on.

What's on Offer

In return, you'll join a purpose-driven organisation where your contribution is genuinely valued.

You'll receive:

  • A competitive salary package

  • Five weeks' annual leave

  • The opportunity to work alongside an inspiring entrepreneur and respected leader

  • A collaborative, high-performing and values-driven environment

  • A varied and meaningful role with genuine autonomy and impact
