FP&A Lead

Location: Richmond, 4 days in the office

Salary: $140,000-$160,000 + super

A high-growth Australian e-commerce business with international operations is hiring their first dedicated FP&A person. The building blocks exist, but they were designed for a much smaller operation and your job is to bring them up to standard and then well beyond it, while owning the core FP&A remit: sales reporting, channel economics, budgeting and forecasting. Beyond the numbers, you'll drive the commercial finance agenda - business case development, pricing decisions, and instil a genuine business partnering culture in a scale-up environment.

What you'll be doing

• Owning budgeting and forecasting end to end
• Producing monthly performance reporting for the leadership team, with commentary that actually explains what happened and why
• Building profitability visibility across the company's sales channels
• Maintaining short and medium-term cash flow forecasting for the CFO
• Business partnering with commercial and operational teams
• Financial modelling and scenario analysis to support pricing, investment and growth decisions
• Lifting the standard of finance processes across the business

What you'll need

• CA/CPA qualified with solid fp&a experience and a genuine business partnering track record
• E-Commerce or retail sector experience
• Start-up or scale-up experience highly desirable
