We're looking for a well-rounded marketing professional who thrives on variety and enjoys getting involved across all aspects of marketing and communications. From content creation and social media to events, sponsorships, internal communications and marketing administration, this is an opportunity to play a hands-on role where no two days are the same.
Working closely with senior leaders across Operations, People & Culture and the wider business, you'll become a trusted member of the team, helping deliver marketing initiatives while bringing structure, organisation and energy to a busy and evolving environment.
What you'll be doing
- Create engaging content across social media, website, email and print.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
- Support internal communications and employee engagement initiatives.
- Assist with PR activities, media materials and external communications.
- Coordinate sponsorships, partnerships and events from planning through to execution.
- Update website content, manage CRM databases and support email marketing campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Liaise with agencies, suppliers and external partners.
- Coordinate marketing collateral, presentations and promotional materials.
- Support the day-to-day running of the marketing function, including invoices, budgets and general administration.
- Pitch in wherever needed to support the wider team and business.
About you
You're someone who enjoys being a marketing generalist rather than specialising in just one area. You love variety, are naturally organised and don't mind rolling up your sleeves to get things done.
- Around 3-6 years' experience in a broad marketing, communications or PR role.
- Experience across content creation, social media, events, communications and digital marketing.
- Excellent written communication and content development skills.
- Experience using CRM platforms, CMS, email marketing platforms and social media management tools.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- A collaborative, team-first approach and a willingness to help wherever needed.
- High attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- A positive, proactive attitude and genuine enjoyment of working across a broad range of responsibilities.
Why apply?
This is an opportunity to join a collaborative, down-to-earth business where your contribution will genuinely make a difference. You'll enjoy plenty of variety, work alongside experienced leaders and be trusted to take ownership while remaining hands-on.
We're looking for someone who enjoys building strong foundations, takes pride in delivering quality work and is excited by the opportunity to become a valued member of the team for the long term.
If you're looking for a role where you can broaden your experience, work with great people and make a meaningful impact every day, we'd love to hear from you.
