Intro

I'm partnering with a leading automotive training organisation to recruit a Training Coordinator to support the coordination and delivery of training programs, workshops, and client events across a busy academy environment.

This role is ideal for someone highly organised, detail focused, and confident managing multiple moving parts across training logistics, systems, and stakeholder coordination.

My client is a well-established organisation within the automotive training and development space, supporting major OEMs and dealer networks across Australia and New Zealand. They are known for delivering structured, high quality learning programs and operational excellence across their academy function.

About the Role

As a Training Coordinator, you will play a key role in the planning, coordination, and execution of training activities, workshops, and events. You will manage the behind the scenes administration that ensures training runs smoothly, systems are updated, and stakeholders are supported.

This is a highly operational role that sits at the centre of training delivery, working closely with internal teams, external providers, and dealer networks to coordinate all aspects of program delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate training programs, workshops, product launches, and client events
    * Maintain and update the Learning Management System (LMS) and student records
    * Provide dealer support in relation to training requirements and certifications
    * Support virtual training delivery including platform setup and troubleshooting
    * Schedule quarterly training sessions and manage enrolments and attendance
    * Organise event logistics including invitations, venues, catering, and materials
    * Manage training-related invoicing, billing, and expense tracking
    * Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers to support delivery
    * Develop and distribute training communications, resources, and updates
    * Maintain training equipment and support general administrative functions
    * Collect and consolidate feedback to support continuous improvement

What You'll Need

  • Strong administration and coordination experience in a fast paced environment
    * Experience with LMS platforms or similar systems highly desirable
    * Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
    * Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management ability
    * Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
    * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
    * Experience with virtual platforms such as Teams or Zoom advantageous
    * Exposure to training, events, or learning environments beneficial
